Phone mail client setup and server settings

Our webmail service is fully compatible with both Android and iPhone mail applications.
The default mail app for Android is Gmail, and for iPhone it is Apple Mail. These apps are typically pre-installed on your device and support easy setup using IMAP or POP connections to your email account.

Apple Mail mobile setup

1. Open Settings on your phone.
   

2. Scroll down and select Mail, then choose Accounts.
   
   

3. Select Add account.
   

4. Select Other.
   

5. Select Add mail account.
   

6. Enter your email details, including your password, then tap Next.
   

7. Choose IMAP or POP, fill in your server settings, then tap Next.
   Note: iPhone labels outgoing mail server settings as optional, but they are required to send mail.

8. Toggle Mail to On, then tap Save.

Gmail Android mobile setup

1. Open the Gmail app.
   

2. Tap your profile picture.
   

3. Tap Add another account.
   

4. Tap Other.
   

5. Enter your full email address → Next.
   

6. Select IMAP or POP.
   

7. Enter your email password → Next.
   

8. Enter incoming server settings → Next.
   

9. Enter outgoing server settings → Next.
   

10. Adjust account options → Next.
