Android

• Add another email account in the Gmail app (Android)

Microsoft Outlook (Desktop)

• Add an email account to Outlook for Windows

iPhone and iPad (iOS Mail)

• Add an email account to your iPhone or iPad

Apple Mail (macOS)

• Add email accounts in Mail on Mac

Gmail Setup (Web & App)

• Add another email account in the Gmail app (Android)
• For other platforms, use the “Add account” option in the Gmail app or web interface and supply your hosted email credentials and IMAP/SMTP settings.

Gmail Sending Settings (“Send mail as”)

• Send emails from a different address or alias (Gmail)

Note: Gmail is phasing out some legacy POP-based features like “Check mail from other accounts.” For the most reliable experience, configure your hosted email account using IMAP in your mail client or app.
